The company received 210 reports of this incident occurring, with 10 reports of ejected fan blades striking consumers. The remedy is to contact the company for replacement blade holders.

Yamaha and Textron Golf Carts

Two golf carts from two different companies, Yamaha and Textron, have ongoing recalls for potential injury risks. Yamaha recalled four different models due to a defect in which the golf cart’s front wheel hubs can crack, causing the wheels to detach while in use. Textron recalled over 20,500 golf carts and other utility vehicles due to an unsecured starter generator wire that could pose a fire hazard.

Kolcraft Inclined Sleeper Accessory

A potential risk of child suffocation led the company Kolcraft to recall the accessory of its Cuddle ‘n Care 2-in-1 Bassinet & Incline Sleeper. The manufacturer recalled about 51,000 units after other companies’ inclined sleeper products led to infant fatalities. Customers can return the inclined sleeper accessory for a $20 refund or $35 in Kolcraft credit.

Home Depot and Safavieh Chests of Drawers

Two companies, Home Depot and Safavieh, recalled chest of drawers products for the same two hazards: tip-over and entrapment.
